K-M

KIM (IVIE) MCCRADY - We moved to Arizona about 8 years ago. We love it here. Our girls are Taylor (13) and Abbey (9). They are wonderful and prove to be our greatest accomplishment. It seems we are on the go all the time. (Just like everyone else with kids.) Life is good and we are very fortunate. We love to travel together as a family. Taylor is musical. She plays the piano beautifully and she also plays the violin in the Metropolitan Youth Symphony here in Phoenix. Abbey is our dancer and comedienne. She is a part of her dance studio's performance group and will be able to perform at Suns games, other various local events and Disneyland in the spring. Thank heavens for my parents, who moved here too. They help us get our kids here and there when we are working. We hope to catch up at the reunion next year. We wish everyone well and see you soon.

LISA (BUCCAMBUSO) MINGO - Wow! 20 years, I can’t believe it. Where do I begin? I have been blessed with a wonderful husband, Spencer Mingo. He served 11 years in the United States Army Signal Corp and moved here from Germany in February of 2000. Our first date was in April of 2000 and we were married in June of 2002.

We have 2 beautiful children. Hayden, our oldest, is almost 5 and loves to do anything daddy does. Fish, golf, hunt, snowmobile, you name it he does it. Oh, he is pretty dang smart too! Harper, our youngest is 18 months old and of course, she copies everything her big brother does. We think she is going to be a handful! Get the shotgun out!

We are very fortunate to have them both, thanks to Dr. Heiner and his staff at the Reproductive Care Center. If it weren’t for them we wouldn’t have any children.

I’ve worked for Packaging Corporation of America for the past 15-½ years. I love my job and am now the plant accountant. Even with this and raising a family I still manage to squeeze in a college course every semester. I just love school so much I never want it to end! I will have my degree by the time I am forty and hopefully won’t have forgotten it all when my kids ask for help with their homework.

Well, enough about me, I can’t wait to see everyone. It’s really fun to read what everyone is doing and has been doing the past 20 years. I’m looking forward to the reunion.

I would love to hear from my old friends! Here is my email address: utmingos@yahoo.com
See you all soon!

LISA (LINDSLEY) JACKMAN - I have been married to my wonderful husband, Jason, since New Year’s Eve 2006. We were both married once before and are certain we did it right this time! He went to T-ville, class of 1990, and gives me a hard time for not noticing him when I was a Senior! We have no children (none that we know of anyway!) just a cat and a dog that don’t get along with each other. We live in Herriman and spend our free time watching HGTV. Since high school I have worked a variety of places, including running my own wedding business. Currently, I work in corporate America for Zions Bancorp and I’m still trying to decide what I want to be when I grow up! For now, I’m enjoying spending time with my husband and looking forward to seeing everyone again!

MATT LARRABEE
- I'm an actuary living in Portland, OR, after having spent much of the past fifteen years living in Washington, DC and Boston. I lead the Portland retirement plan practice of a global consulting firm, which basically means I am King of the Nerds. (Simply being crowned Nerd King is overwhelming. Getting paid for the honor is over the top.)
Married for 13 years to a wonderful mother to our two small boys, ages 3 and 1. My wife is a physician who cares for sick and premature newborns. Our favorite days in the world are those spent at the Oregon Coast wandering on the beach with our kids, cooking up a gourmet meal and enjoying a bottle of Oregon Pinot.
Sorry we won't get a chance to catch up with folks at the reunion (my 3 year old on a plane = snakes on a plane), but we send our best wishes and hope everyone has a great time. I'm sure you will --- parties are rarely ruined by not having the math geek show up! paigeandmatt@yahoo.com

MEREDITH (MACKAY) CAMERON - Hey everyone! Can't believe it's time for the big "20". I'm looking forward to seeing you all next summer and some of you hopefully sooner than that! I am so happy that I've been able to stay in touch with so many of you and that time has had no effect on our friendships. You guys are GREAT!!!! Anyhoo....I'm doing well. My girls and I live in the West Jordan/Taylorsiville area. My oldest daughter Kiara is in 7th grade at Bennion Jr. High and my little Maddie is in fourth grade at Bennion Elementary. Kiara is a female version of her dad which is great. She has his smile, his attitude, and his sense of humor. She is involved in student government at school and is a fantastic student (still don't know where she gets that from). She is also a pretty good little softball player and does tumbling. Maddie is more like me, but cooler and much cuter than I ever was. She is really into dance and is actually performing in the Nutcracker this year with Ballet West. She does ballet, tap, and jazz and is also way into soccer. I spend most of my time in the car running them around the valley to lessons and games. You all know what I'm talking about! I enjoy it though and I'm glad I'm able to be there for all those things! As for me, I'm good. Life is not how I expected it to be at this point in my life, but I'm doing just fine. Well, that's about it for me! I can't wait to hear what the rest of you have been up to!

MICHAEL KARTCHNER - I am in Cedar City, Utah. I work for the Utah Shakespearean Festival (http://www.bard.org/) as the Information Technology Administrator (long name for Computer Geek). My wife is Faelynn Jane Johnson (she graduated from Bingham High 1987), she is a Registered Nurse and currently working with a home health and hospice company here is Southern Utah. I have 3 kids, Landon 8, Brody 4 and Cassidy 2. I have a dog named Mickey, he is a male Shih Tzu and he is 11 years old (our first child). We love Cedar City and enjoy camping and fishing. MICHELLE (HENKEL) ORTON - Well I am glad to have found the blog and it is great to read about all of you and your lives after high school. Life has been awesome for me and as you can see I have 5 children. Two were ahhhh nat-ur-al and the other three mostly through Mastercard (adopted). I will be married for 19 years this September to my after high school sweetheart. We have lived in a lot of places including, Boise Idaho, Lindon Utah, Las Vegas Nevada, San Diego California, and now we are in Santa Clara Utah (St. George). We have been really blessed and so I have had the chance to spend my time doing the fun things while my husband works. I mostly chase my kids around and am the designated taxi driver but I do find some time to travel, do charity work, and run a few triathlons. I still love to swim whenever I get a chance. I am really looking forward to the reunion and seeing you all there. It will be fun to get reacquainted and share some time together.

MICHELLE (TURNER) KERSHAW - Wow, 20 years already, who knew time could go so fast. We live in West Jordan which is not too far from where I grew up. After graduation I started working at American Express, where I met my husband Ron. He is a bit older than me and graduated from Granite High School in 1984. We have been married for 18 years, and have three beautiful daughters. Ron still works for American Express (for now, his job will be outsourced in November). I worked at AMEX for a few years and have moved jobs quite a bit. I work at Zions Bancorporation where I am an Administrative Assistant, which I really enjoy. I did not go to college, but know I need to, so I start in August. Nothing like starting over after 20 years. Kelsey (17) is starting her senior year at West Jordan and will also be attending Jordan Applied Technical College (a division of SLCC). She will have her CNA by January. She is a great kid who works really hard in school and knows exactly what she wants to do. (I still haven't figured that out yet) She works at Jamba Juice in Jordan Landing, so stop by for a smoothie. She will hook you up. We joke all the time about how we are going to school together. Karley (14) is starting her 9th grade year at Elk Ridge Middle School. She is an amazing student and gets straight A's. She loves to hang out with her friends. She played baseball this year for the first time, and her team took second place in her league. She was 1 of only 2 girls in the league. Karley is very athletic and loves to play all kinds of sports. Ronni (11) is starting her 6th grade year at Terra Linda. She is the sweetest kid you would ever want to meet. She is very athletic, she plays softball (she talked me into being the coach, and boy was that fun), basketball, and anything else she can do that is athletic. We are a very close family and really love to hang out together. I am looking forward to catching up with people at the reunion. michelle.kershaw@zionsbancorp.com
